PLO - NL with re-buys – Deuce to 7 – WPA

I missed out on my last update on pot limit Omaha, aces against aces - out, no limit $1000 re-buys, again with aces out so it’s been very unfortunate. It’s been a very tough World Series for me and I wish I could’ve done better but unfortunately the results are out there and they are what they are so I have to move on.

Anyway deuce to seven today, it’s really exciting - I’ve spent $30,000 total so…I’ve had double add on which is 10,000, initial buy-in which is 5000 and three re-buys…so a total of 30. I have 40… 42,000 in chips so I’m pretty comfortable and it’s a lot of fun playing because I’ve got Dewey Tomko on my table and Chip Reese. And they are talking about all the stories with Stu Ungar and all of the fish that have come through…Papaas and all those other guys that have come through the years when and who the worst player at the table is, who is the best, and who they’ve won the most money from, and how these guys like Chip and Doyle are betting sports and it’s a lot of fun. It’s just very interesting and fun to be there listening to those guys talk about poker and life in general. I’m enjoying it today.

Anyway I joined the WPA (World Poker Association); anyway this is their booth here. Let’s have a little look. Here’s all the founding members of the World Poker Association. You’ll see I’m there just below Barry Greenstein…… so Jesse Jones is the boss of the Association. He’s the founder. And he’s done everything for the benefit of the players and it’s a great sort of venture to be in and I’m excited to be part of it.
